A new year means new movies! Here are the movies I’m looking most forward to viewing in 2015.
Ant-Man (July 17, 2015)
Why? Unlike the other movies on this list, my interest in Ant-Man is fueled by sheer curiosity. Even after watching the trailer I’m still not sure what to expect from this movie.
Avengers: Age of Ultron (May 1, 2015)
Why? The sequel to the biggest superhero movie ever made releases this year. Why wouldn’t I be excited?
Chapie (March 6, 2015)
Why? From the director of District Nine, Chapie has an interesting premise that’s just begging to be viewed.
Ex Machina (April 10, 2015)
Why? From the looks of the trailer, this movie will be a dramatic thriller that forces audiences to think about the growth of technology. It looks like it’ll be a good changeup from all the blockbusters and franchise movies being released this year.
Jurassic World (June 12, 2015)
Why? Chris Pratt and dinosaurs, ‘nuff said.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens (December 18, 2015)
Why? I’m not a Stars Wars fan, but with JJ Abrams at the helm I’m sure this will be a great sequel.
Tomorrowland (May 22, 2015)
Why? I can’t say for sure, but something about this trailer truly captivated me. It looks like Disney has another great film on their hands.
Mad Max: Fury Road (May 15, 2015)
Why? Vehicular homicide, fast cars, and Tom Hardy.
